Our stay was an excellent experience. We liked the hotel, it was bright and had ideal location near to Swiggy-MTR, Meghana Biryani, Taco Bell, KFC, Benne Dosa, others and the most visited areas by tourists and locals the Kormangla and M G Road and Lalbagh Botanical Garden. The staff was fairly friendly and supper friendly, they provided a special service. The vibe here was quiet.

I chose this hotel for attending a leadership summit as it provides an exclusive boutique experience near NIMHANS. The rooms were clean, well-furnished, and comfortable. The staff was polite, helpful, and provided excellent service. The restaurant, Treetop, offered delicious food with good portion sizes. it was a great option for business and leisure travelers.

The only service that I missed for my work was reliable and fast Wi-Fi connection.

The hotel had several ridiculous rules such as not allowing guests in your room and closing the rooftop at 10:45pm. Lack of toiletries and a torn bathrobe were also a letdown.

Two complementary facts were offered which were a pleasant surprise.

The Wi-Fi could have been better as the net speed was very slow and it was a struggle to connect with other devices. the staff's attitude at check-in was unprofessional and could have been better.

The location was ideal for me as I needed to be close to NIMHANS in the Wilson Garden area. It was directly across the small street on the footpath opposite the building entrance to Lal Baghdad gardens in the middle of the city. The hotel facilities were very clean, and the staff was welcoming. They were helpful in arranging transportation for me, and the parking was great.

Can't fault anything about it.
